La trimammophilie est un fantasme ancien et récurrent. Il s'agit de l'attirance sexuelle pour les femmes à trois seins ou plus. On le retrouve même dans l'histoire des Saints avec l'histoire de Sainte Gwen Trimamis  que Dieu himself aurait dotée d'un troisiéme attribut mammaire pour nourrir ses triplés.
